Fast, immediate stuff tends to get posted to Notes, while stuff that is longer than a line or two, or that is just "heads up" information and/or not immediately actionable tends to go into "SUSPICIONS 2". It was suspicions 1, but it got moved to the mod forum temporarily, I believe, then a replacement was posted short term, and so it came back as 2.

We are still working on formal guidelines, but there seems to be some consensus about the following:

- What's said in Community Defenders should stay in Community Defenders (especially personal info, IP matching info, anything that a regular member has no way of knowing)

- Members here should not speak for Community Defenders as a group, and should refrain from referring to Community Defenders as any kind of authority that backs up their opinions, enforces their viewpoints, etc.
